We achieved the highest ever GCSE performance in the school’s history. 5 A* - C up another 5% to 48% (2006 - 29%, 2007 - 43%).

40% achieving Level 2 (A-C) qualifications in Literacy and Numeracy Pupils achieving up to 14 GCSE’s (or their equivalent).

100% A* - C in French (for the last 2 years). A*s (over the last two years) in Maths, Statistics, Technology, ICT, Science, Biology, RE, PE, German, French, Chinese, Punjabi, Russian, Arabic and Polish.

Success for students in a wide range of vocational courses on and off-site including: BTEC Diploma (& Certificate) in Sport, Media, Sports Leadership, Construction, Business and Administration, Applied Art & Design, Outdoor Pursuits, Hair & Beauty, Administration, Animal Care and Health & Social Care studies.

Early entry in Years 8, 9 & 10 for Languages, RE, PE and Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT.

Pupils again achieving several grades higher than expected based on their prior attainment/predicted grades.
